Disappointing 暖房が全く効かず、寝具も薄い毛布だけですごく寒かった。 自動販売機で飲み物を買おうとしたが、現金が足りずキャンセルしたところお金が返ってこなかった。 metra や空港までのアクセスが非常に良い

Never again. I spent money at restaurants, gift shop and bar. I don’t need to be harassed Rude security and was insulted because I was unable to locate my room. Way over the top! I work in a Vegas hotel and this would never happen to one of our guests. Security director Ruiz needs to be replaced
