You could find a cheaper place with the same quality within the area my room 872 is next to the Fire Exit door and i dunno who’s been using the stairs but the door is really loud. the first few days was bearable but the last 3 days was horrible! I couldn’t sleep for hours! also it gets too hot at times and they are unable to adjust the temperature. i also booked the room that has coffee maker in the description, however there was none. i sent a message to the front desk but it was ignored! I was harassed by a group of people who came to my room multiple times with weapons asking me and friends to come do som that I was harassed at my room for 3 hours before any police or any security guards came to help nothing at all
Wouldn’t stay there again. No parking. had to walk two block to park every time on top of how expensive parking was. Hotel was old and musty except for the lobby which was deceiving. Carper was stained in halls and walls dirty. location.

3.5 out of 10 wouldn’t book here again The bath room the fan is broken and makes really loud noises if left on for longer than 5mins the toilet would’ve flush several times the tub spout does not connect with the wall and the show head isnt even properly attached to the wall nor its other parts. Great reputation, but disappointed to be placed in a shabby part of this famous hotel Clearly the Buckingham wing has not been updated in quite a while. and was very shabby I.e. missing tile in the bathroom, a stick-on LED light strip across the headboard and artwork from the 80s. I was definitely expecting something more in keeping with the Congress name. Beautiful lobby and great location.
