Loss of money and sore back. never again! nothing g matched the photos. tiny room for the price and crappy uncomfortable bed. I woke up sore and stiff! pair the walls or something. Way too much money for what we got. please update photos on website. you are lying to people. location is convenient for walking staff were very nice
Bad Please don’t stay here. We had a horrible experience. The rooms are filthy and the hot water does not work and not to mention you are not in control of the room temperature. The main lobby is beautiful, but once you get into the hallways to the rooms it’s just dirty. We had items stolen from our hotel room, we reported it to the front desk along with the local police department. Unfortunately, front desk didn’t even care. it’s was ok The very expense parking . Our room had very cheap and used furniture. Both of the heaters on our room were out . They offered us two space heaters. It was a great location in the city!
Fair In the middle of November in Chicago there was NO HEATING and the A/C was fully on in the rooms and you couldn’t turn it off. imagine minus temperatures outside with no heating in your room and a/c going fully on on top of that. I had to call the reception three times and they finally brought portable heater and few blankets to my room The room was extremely spacious with the amazing view over the lake and Michigan Avenue . The location is in the middle of downtown and I think the best feature of this hotel

great location but couldn’t sleep We were on floor 44 and there was a room near by smoking pot and it was in our room all night. They were loud and I am not sure how they were able to get away with this. The bed was hard. I was not comfortable in that environment. the location was great

Освітлення жахливе, одна лампа у вузькому коридорі. Є пакетики з кавою, але немає з чаєм. Така гучна назва готелю, і такі обшарпані коридори. Але на все це можна не звернути увагу, але на холод у номері і політику готелю виключати опалення повністю при +18, знаючи що завтра буде +2, абсолютно незрозуміла.
