Not the best place to handle situations. we had a roach the size of my palm in our bathroom in our first room, when we went to show the front desk pictures and a video I took, they moved us rooms as was expected but that was it. no credit to stay again, no upgrade, nothing but a sorry and different room with the fear of bringing home a roach in our bags and or there being more in other rooms. location was nice

Excellent location, but lacks the comfort and quality it might once have been known for The hotel is old, so some things are expected, but for the price they charge you to stay they should take that money and work in improvements. The hot water is non existent! It ran like warm for a minute then to cold, showers were painful! The heating unit was loud as could be, made for an uncomfortable night. it wasn’t inexpensive enough for me to stay there again, and it might be haunted. History! It was so hot in my room and there was a very old fan in the room, but no AC so I was hot all the time. The bathroom door locked you into the bathroom because the doorknob didn’t turn from the inside. the charm, the big ceilings
