Disappointing It took a long time to get hot water. Receptionist, no smile, were rough and inefficient. They forgot giving me the receipt of the payment. Just told me "all set" when I returned the room cards. I forgot about asking, either, so I had to come back to the hotel to get the receipt later. The water system is very bad. I would pay more to stay at other place next time. Location is great.
Once elegant property needs serious renovations The property is ver rundown. The lobby is very nice but the rooms are extremely run down. The rooms are basically a bed with desk chairs. There is no comfortable chair or sofa in the room. Rooms need major renovations. Shower pressure poor. The hallways are so run down. The website photos misleading. Good location , but some rooms needs upgrade .. We got one of the very outdated inside Hotel Rooms with no view that smelled like a mold and Lysol .. Slept there one night only and were happy to leave as soon as we could in the morning .. It’s definitely not worth of the money we paid .. Good location.
