My stay was adequate The restaurant is T E R R I B L E The air conditioning was cold
Awful experience Limited air conditioning,controls broke Shower curtain dirty,interior No fridge Hotel restaurant was out of alot on menu and staff did not know, kept coming back to tell us. We left. Hotel breakfast served omelette watery on plate. Upon check out, desk reservation never asked how things went or have a nice day, just "your all set".

Günstige und zentrale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in renovierungsbedürftigem Hotel. Das Personal ist unfreundlich. Die Zimmer schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Bad. Unser Zimmer roch zudem nach kaltem Rauch, als wäre es früher ein Raucherzimmer gewesen. Das Hotel hat einfach einen vergleichsweise angemessenen Preis und eine super Lage fast direkt am Art Institute und direkt am Park. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel.
A pleasant stay in a gently-fading hotel that we've experienced as great in better times. We were in the Buckingham Wing - an annex at the very side of the hotel - we got the impression it was overlooked at times by the hotel admin. As we checked out, the representative agreed that they were not the best rooms and said we should have asked to be moved. Poor No hot water in the shower Bad smell in the hallways Old facility good location
This property is in need of updating and greater attention to detail. The hotel is very dated and the rooms look and feel worn and tired. The pillows on the bed are terrible and the halls smell of marijuana. We saw peeling paint, dirty windows, and rusty bathroom drains and safety handrails in our shower. There are other hotels in the area that are much cleaner and nicer and similar in price. We won’t be staying there again in the future. The location is excellent.
