disgusting, rude staff. everything. disgusting rooms, unfriendly staff. massive queues for check in. rooms covered in hair, stained mattresses. safes don’t work. third floor is a building site. nothing

Disappointed in all but the location and common areas Better hot water in showers and updated rooms and hallways Location could not be better. Lobby and common areas very nice. Rooms disappointing. Rooms are very antiquated for the price charged. Shower water was awful. Drizzle of hot water.
Parking recommended by Hotel is too expensive for hotel guests. Room was bad. Hotel parking recommended apparently for hotel guests is too expensive on a daily rate. Could have had a special discount for guests rather than paying full parking rate(over USD 50 per 24 hrs). Room given could have been for value paid for, located at the Buckingham corner, facing East Harrison Street road and the exit/entrance was the worst possible room we could get. won’t do it again it’s old. toilet ran all night long. bed was hard and house keeping did not clean rooms in between days nothing
Disappointing Bathroom facilities were unacceptable; broken sink, stuck tube filling up sewage, hot water not available. Only 2 pillows that were in poor condition The location
