Very Poor
never again! Camera vecchia e maleodorante, doccia e wc non funzionante. Servizi pessimi. Pulizia su richiesta effettuata (male) solo ogni due giorni con la scusa del Covid ma poi il personale ti bussa alla porta nonostante il do not disturb per fare ispezione camera (mai vista una cosa del genere) ... Don't go there I did not like the room. The hotel is old. Quality of the room was bad. Floorcovering was dirty. Door did not close good. Quality of bathroom was poor. Quality of paintwork, woodwork on door and hall in and outside the room very poor. Price of $250 per night was to high for the poor quality. which was offered I will not book this hotel anymore in the future Nothing. See below
Only if desperate. The climate control didn’t work - I froze. My feet stuck to the carpet. The bathroom fan was deafening.
No vale la pena... En 4 noches / 5 días solo hicieron el cuarto una vez. El minibar hacia mucho ruido en la habitación. El AC no funcionaba, hacía frío en la habitación. La decoración horrible. Todo parecía recyclado, viejo. La ubicación está perfecta
Great location but not much on basic comforts. Stayed May 22-23, 2022. Highs were in the high 50's/low 60's and lows in the high 40s. The room was very cold. I was surprised to find out the hotel did not have heat in the room. They didn't have any heaters available, but did provide blankets. Really! This is hardly acceptable for a nice hotel. Nothing to recommend. After having traveled for business for years, this was the worst hotel by far and exceptionally expensive to boot.
Nie wieder - never again Gleich der Empfang an der Rezeption: Nicole unterbrach mehrfach und äußerst rüde unser Gespräch mit ihrem Kollegen Mohammed, der durchgehend freundlich und höflich blieb, obwohl ich mir eine zynische Bemerkung nicht verkneifen konnte (es ging darum, die Zahlung für die zwei Zimmer auf zwei verschiedene Kreditkarten zu verteilen, was offenbar nicht möglich ist, wenn man über booking.com bucht).
