disappointed in cleanliness bathroom was grossly dirty (dirt in tub, toilet paper stuck to the floor) smelled like weed everywhere in the halls and elevators (that’s fine, im not opposed to it, but I prefer a fresher smell… lol), and the comforter was discolored and appeared dirty. proximity to the museums and music venue we were attending
Fair Bed was extremely hard. Bed linens were poor quality. Only 1 small thin skinny pillow per person. Bathroom is very small and hot water took a long time to get to our room. Location was good. Staff was very good.

Overall I’d give the experience about a 5 , the hotel had a motel presentation. Updates are needed. Too cold , couldn’t control the room temperature, leather furniture didn’t look appealing. Furniture looked used and outdated, hallways had an outdated appearance, didn’t look like the hotel was maintained properly Great view of the city , and cleanliness of the room .
