Disappointing Bed bugs.
Clean better service No towels for 3 people, tv didn’t work The people whom help me with the bags to the room
We loved the hotel but were very disappointed that we couldn’t watch tv. there were 2 tv’s in the suite with no remotes or directions on how to use them manually. What hotel doesn’t have tv?????? And at $239 per night? Ridiculous.

The location was great and the staff were amazing but the air conditioner situation was very disappointing. the air cond we had a two room suite and neither air conditioner produced cold air and both were rattling and loud. the bath room fan was also very loud and squeaky and unfortunately was on the same switch as the light. Both units are very old and need replaced. the wood work was in terrible condition. the lock on the bathroom door was missing. the lobby was beautiful and the staff was great.
