Fair dirty, smelled of weed location
Poor Huge wind noise coming from window in room. Quite small room and poorly finished. The main level is big and not patroled enough. Multiple groups of people loitering in or near the only entrance of hotel. A friend had an attemted break in to their room with a steak knife and a broken lock module. All around pretty poor experience. Clean room
it was okay but fun i didn’t like that we didn’t have hot water and heat we was freezing cold i liked the view and the room was real spacious

Congress Plaza is not what it used to be Smelling weed every evening by the elevators. Limited food choices. No room service delivery. We had to go down and get our food and drinks. Our floor must have been the party floor. Parties all night. Too much loitering in the hallway. Gift shop rarely opened. We had to look for our own taxi No Bell man available The Congress was much better before CoVid Okay rates for the area

horrible and cold nothing the rooms was very cold the heat did not work the hot watery took forever to get hot and the security was mean
Will be looking for a new hotel when I visit my daughter! Front mats caused me to fall, room too hot, staff was rude and unhelpful. They basically didn’t care. I have stayed here several times over the past year or so but this time was awful and blaming the pandemic can’t be right since I have only stayed here during the pandemic! Room was fine as far as clean but way too hot and no way to adjust the temperature.
