it was not what I expected old location. great view from the room
We love the location and room size but was disappointed with the up keep of the rooms. Here are the issues with the rooms: 1. left side night lamp in the master bedroom is broken, 2. No comforter on the bed only a sheet and a bed cover. 3. bathroom tub has a bump at the bottom of the tub, 4. there are holes and nails everywhere on the wall. 5. there is no gym in the hotel. The hotel is not well maintained. We love the location. It is right on the water. We had water view. It was beautiful.

the above comments sum it up but it seems people were more interested in ghost stories and haunting tours from outsiders it was dirty , the room was old and the shower did not drain. only one remote for 2 TVs and locks didn’t work very well on doors, music and noise from other guest well into 4am. restaurant was not open ( chef was a no show)so had to leave property for breakfast , even the bar served old expired limes in the drinks. the doorman was exceptional he went out of his way to assist when we came and went from From... read more
Fair Beds very uncomfortable ! Too hard, rooms need updating . Need better signage on floor 5 for elevator .

devido a pandemia o hotel estava vazio com várias áreas sem funcionamento. foi cobrado 75 USD de consumação no chick in e não foi estornado no check out. Tivemos que ligar algumas vezes para que este valor seja devolvido. localização excelente para vista, exercício e passeio. muito próximo do Aquário.
