Worst experience of my life! Staff were rude, Managers were rude! Room was never cleaned in the 3 days I was there. Toilet broke like four times and maintenance act like they didn’t know how to screw in a light bulb, let alone fix a toilet! Most horrible experience! Nothing!
Fair The bathroom was so little. And the cleanness could’ve been better tbh. And on the website it said free breakfast but I still had to pay for the breakfast I liked the view of the the lake! The staff was nice. I thought the bed was big and comfortable.
Fair The front desk help was rude and horrible I understand the hotel is old, but they could really do with some updating. The staff was horrible this last visit.

Bad I didn’t like that I didn’t get my deposit back and I left the room clean and smoke free. Location perfect didn’t get breakfast

Read the bathroom his throat was old looking the fixtures were breaking down and the lighting overall was very very dim Didn't eat breakfast there
