Average stay is being generous The list is long: 1. I arrived last out of my group. I went directly to the room, went to the bathroom and was locked in the bathroom because the door knob came off the hinge. I did not have my phone in the bathroom, so I was unable to call anyone. LUCKILY my friends were about to wrap up lunch and came 20 mins later and I was able to yell out that I was locked in. Poor Room was supposed to have a jacuzzi Bed was comfortable. The view was great. Staff was friendly.
Could not get the toilet paper replenished I tried to reach out to the staff but they seemed unconcerned Location!

Disappointing I didn’t have a heat in my room and it was extremely cold in there nice and clean and that the fact they let no one enter the facility without a mask security wasn’t having that..
Cold rooms and broken heaters Came back from an event and our room was below freezing we called room service and they brought up a heater but that heater broke in the middle of the night just turned off. We were very cold staying in the hotel. The parking garage on Michigan Avenue was 300% warmer than our room. I book this hotel so that my sisters would be able to experience the congress hotel for the first time. History behind the hotel.
