Disappointing hotel sucio y viejo, no limpiaban el cuarto todos los dias. ubicacion
Fair The room was old, dated, the mattress was sagging and the door on the room was so stuck that I had to lean on the door to unstick it, it took a lot of force. Unbeatable location for the money, but with the room comfort you get what you pay for, awful.
Bed was too hard. Will choose to stay somewhere else next time. The bed was way too firm. It felt like I was sleeping on a brick. On the morning of our checkout, Housekeeping knocked on the door twice prior to 10am. It felt like we were being rushed out. Hotels in the area were very expensive due to the home Bears football game. I like the location for our purposes.

Clásico, muy limpio y excelente servicio La puerta de la habitación requería abrirse con fuerza, se quedaba un poco atorada. La ducha tardaba bastante para iniciar el flujo de agua caliente. Me gustó mucho la amplitud, la limpieza, agradable olor, decoración clásica, el kit de baño/tocador, comodidad, ubicación, prácticamente todo me encantó. Es un hotel antiguo, pero bien conservado, es de instalaciones y decoración del Chicago clásico, excelente para pasar el fin de semana.

Poor For over $300 a night. Room could have been nicer. Smallest and oldest TV I’ve seen in years in a hotel. Picture was bad on it too. We could barely sleep due to all the street noise. The walls and windows did not break the sound outside. We saw many locations of hotel that had missing paint and stucco. We ate at hotel restaurant. Took us 15 minutes to get a menu.
