No limpieza pretexto Covid Falta de servicio a cuartos pretextando Covid. Uno tenia que sacar su basura, alistar la cama, limpiar el baño y usar mismas toallas 4 noches… y ni lo informaron ni hubo descuento por eso. Disappointing, not worth my money. The towels were dirty, our beds were kind of moist, and we only got one pillow per bed. The toilet didn’t flush right, and we had a stain on our shower floor. There were two girls running down the hallways around 11pm, slamming their hands on doors and laughing. This happened three times and it seemed like it only stopped when they got tired of doing it. Poor This place is super and and tired. Location was okay.
Fair It was not my worst stay, the place is very outdated. They have patches on walls that were “fixed” and just painted over. Doors are old, carpet is outdated. Hallways are a little creepy looking. The beds were very hard. Staff was nice. Location is decent, about 15 minutes walking to Millennium Park and about 30 minutes walking to shopping area.

expected cleaner room. sink was dirty , sheets were dirty def disappointed have stayed here before and was def cleaner last time .
I would not stay here again unless I’m paying like 40dollars a night, not worth it. The receptionist gave me a different quote than what I had booked and did not explain fees or give me a printed receipt. He was very rude and his responses were short. Also, the room was outdated and scary. I felt like I was in a maze trying to get to my room. The lobby area looks really nice and elegant.
