Buckingham blues Double rooms have double beds that are quite small. Listed that we had three occupants, but everything in the room was set for two. Had to request extra towels, and so forth. Beds are quite firm, and bedspread was stained and had just a flat sheet covering it. I’ve never seen this before in my life. Could not open the curtains all the way, plaster was flaking off of the ceiling. Not staying here again Hotel parking is $46 and you can not take your vehicle out if you do you have to pay again. The room smelled bad (humid) The door to the hotel room was horrible. We had to shove it really hard to open/close. Night security was really rude. Pictures look way nicer on here than when you’re actually there. The bed was comfortable, close to soldier field
Bad Dirty hotel! Workout room is a rehab’d suite - no ventilation no water. But they know this!!! Advertised valet but none! Sent us to park in a full lot then had to move the car at 11:00pm or get towed! Waitress made rude comments to me when we ordered drinks and she wasn’t even waiting in our table. The list can go on but I will never stay there again. Total disgrace!!! Only the location!
AC worked well but hotel was too dirty and noisy at night. Too much noise from the street, the restaurants were a little pricey and the menus were small. The bed spreads were dirty and the room was not vacuumed. The AC was great but couldn’t be regulated. The furniture in the lobby was dirty. The mosaics on the ceiling in the lobby were beautiful!
