Bad So many things! Let me start by saying I paid over $2000 for a family suite that was below par. It was dirty… The bathroom had rust stains in the shower and the ceiling tiles were sprayed white over what was mold (brown-black) in color. My room had 2 bedrooms. They did not have king bed sheets on the king bed exposing the mattress. The mini fridge in the other room didn’t work. These are just a few concerns..too many to say! The worst part was the way my husband and I were treated by every person we came in contact with…... read more
Ok It's old and run down. We went in summer but it was raining and cold out. You cant turn the heat on because it's all one system and they only do air conditioning in the summer obviously but, it was freezing in our room. Room was small. They gave us a space heater but it barely did anything.
Very Poor The room was very warm and smelled of cigarettes. Location was good for lollapalooza but for the price the room was not great. The beds were hard and uncomfortable as well. Staff and security were nice though
Fair
3 hours to check in I showed up at 3:00 to check into the hotel and had to stand in a line for 2 hours outside with my luggage while street vendors tried to sell me wristbands t shirts and waters. We received no accommodations for this huge inconvenience. They literally wouldn’t even let me run in to use the restroom even though I showed them my reservation. Great that it’s right next to grant park
Fair The room lighting too dim, tv too small and the showers are small. Parking cost too much! And the rooms were damp. Lobby was beautiful!
Sleep on the street before staying here. Rooms are outdated and dirty. The restaurant on the property is awful my 8 year old son could make better food. The decor and the rooms is about the same as if you were to stay in mg parents house in the 70’s. Nothing
I will not stay here EVER again. There is no parking attached or even very near to the hotel and they do not offer valet. The desk staff was evidently tired/ had little interest in helping us. In general our room was a wreck, the fixtures in the shower were falling off of the walls, the bathroom floor had random puddles upon out arrival. Our toilet was wobbly and leaked from the base. The bedroom the was filthy, carpet smelled awful enough for me not allow my children to play on the floor. We paid extra for the room facing t... read more
The stay was ok but we will not be coming back. Thought we were getting a room with a view but instead got an interior room with no view. The room was very sparse, no real artwork on the walls. The hotel had a musty smell. The bed was uncomfortable. The convenience of the location to the bus stop.
