Verified Renter Parking still remains a pain point. Mark spots per each unit, guests need to park elsewhere. It’s a free for all. I have one vehicle and rarely can park by my unit

Verified Renter So Far so good. Apartment was clean on move in. Move in was easy. Bills are easy to pay pretty much all of them are in one place. Nice neighbors. Good community.

Verified Renter It nice place to live it’s a reasonable place to live. The staff is very nice always clean. Well you need Maintenance to come up and fix everything need to be fixed if you need to be fixed.

Verified Renter Everyone is easy to work with. The property is always kept nice and looking clean. The only downside that I would say is that we need more dumpsters. They all seem to be overflowing before they are dumped.

Verified Renter Very nice place to live overall. They’ve taken care of the previous maintenance issues which has helped a lot. A little pricey but so is everything now a days
