Verified Renter Perfect location for those of us who don't want to drive much, especially with today's gas prices. Everything I need to do is within walking distance (if only I didn't have mobility issues) except for the vet for my two doggies. A tank of gas last me almost 3 months! :-)

Verified Renter Maintenance is pretty slow. Parking options are limited. Neighborhood dogs are annoying. Rent is expensive. Electricity is very costly. Only one option for wireless/cable service.
