Villages at Garst Creek Wonderful place to live. My family has lived here for over 2 years and plan on living here for several more. As with most apartments it all depends on who you get as neighbors.
Verified Renter Some of the community is respectful and they take great care of the property. Some of the community is ghetto. they lack accountability for their wrongdoings. This is supposed to be a neighborhood and it’s not always so friendly. there has been more then plenty times of police being called within altercations. i’ve had to relocate and or help find more than 2 animals homes. the people here are very inconsiderate and the management fails to enforce different rules within using the correct chain of commands. Verified Renter This is not a very resident friendly community. I was told months that my bathroom outlet would be looked at. It only works when the light switch is on. Since some new residents have moved the breezeway is always dirty and there is trash, toys and sticks littering the back area.

Verified Renter My first week here dog fight.. people walk there dogs right up to your front or back doors. Have no respect for you or your pet s... Why don't they use dog parks!!!! Also I have ask repeatedly for parking space sign and railing for my outside stairs...... People park here from across the street. I have no parking space at night and on weekends sometimes.... Please help with these issues

Verified Renter I have lived here for 15 months, in the span of living here I’ve dealt with roaches 2 weeks in, in September the breezeway next to us caught fire and left us without gas or hot water for a week with 0 communication from the office if anything was to be compensated during this time and with emails being sent out 0 responses from, I wouldn’t in a million years live here again, and if it weren’t for the 2-3 maintenance people that I’ve gotten along with it would’ve dropped down to 1 star.

Verified Renter Love everything besides the new pet screening wished we were notified I understand uping it I Wished the would put in a skate park / basketball court areas for the kids to play ball and to skate / scooter ect. Instead of having them riding half hazardly in the parking lot not paying attention to people driving.

Verified Renter Been here for three years and I’m happy to say I’m moving OUT this month! The place has gotten much worse over the years…it’s dirty (trash everywhere), rude staff, maintenance doesn’t properly fix things until after several visits, kids everywhere with no supervision tearing down trees and siding off the buildings…I would have recommended here as a good starter apartment back then but not now.
