Verified Renter I really enjoy living here the only problem I have is with people with dogs and not picking up their dog poop. I have a dog and I pick up his poop people should have more respect mostly when all the kids are around here playing

Verified Renter My experience at the Everett had been really nice. It’s really quiet and pretty in the winter time. And the pool is just the place to relax when it’s hot outside.

Verified Renter Quiet community, maintenance has been on top of things. Also love that the office is early with renewal processes, my last property took forever, often till last minute.

Verified Renter Its pretty good! I Put in maintenance requests a couple of times and they got checked off as completed but what I put in for was never done (ie. the hurricane helene damage with the fallen branches). I will tell you that Keith (a maintenance worker) does an awesome job here and trying to keep the place looking welcoming and clean! He is my favorite person on staff! All in all, this place is a pretty cool spot to live in!

Verified Renter I think it is a good place because it is very quiet, away from the noises, away from trouble. I really like why you can live in peace here and I have many things very close by like shops, pharmacies and schools.
