Verified Renter The staff is great, the neighbors are nice, and I have never had an issue getting things fixed/resolved, I feel safe here ?? I would and have definitely recommended the Everett to friends.

Verified Renter Quiet community, maintenance has been on top of things. Also love that the office is early with renewal processes, my last property took forever, often till last minute.

Verified Renter Its pretty good! I Put in maintenance requests a couple of times and they got checked off as completed but what I put in for was never done (ie. the hurricane helene damage with the fallen branches). I will tell you that Keith (a maintenance worker) does an awesome job here and trying to keep the place looking welcoming and clean! He is my favorite person on staff! All in all, this place is a pretty cool spot to live in!

Verified Renter I think it is a good place because it is very quiet, away from the noises, away from trouble. I really like why you can live in peace here and I have many things very close by like shops, pharmacies and schools.

Verified Renter I really like living here, all the staff are great. It's quite, clean yards,plenty of parking. Always neat in appearance I tell everyone I know that the Everett clean and safe place too live, and everyone here are very friendly.

Verified Renter Very nice place to live, pretty quiet even with dogs. Maintenance is decently quick, but sometimes rushes through things and doesn’t fix them properly. Amenities are nice too
