Verified Renter Its a nice quiet community. Mostly I like the features of the park and the outdoor amenities . I love the woods and the park as well as being able to walk to the creek and the park below.
Feels like home! I have lived here for almost 3 years. There have been some issues but all have been taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are incredible! They are quick and efficient! This complex is close to 50 years old and things are going to break and possibly leak but these are resolved as soon as reported. It's great! Maintenance has gotten a lot faster! I'm excited for the pool to open and grateful for the dog park! Our time at the Everett has been pretty great!
Great place to Live I have lived here for 15 years and the updates are amazing. I love the dog wash station and the new lights outside the units and the new parking lot and also the side walks. The office staff is always helpful and prompt to address your needs.
Safe and Quiet Such a great living area especially for kids and the local grocery store n gas station is a walk away.
