Verified Renter I enjoy living at the Everett, great staff and maintenance is extremely fast showing up! Beautiful complex, I wish the stairs and breezeways were cleaner, but overall love it here!
Verified Renter Wish I had thought about whether it was a smoking/nonsmoking comples before moving in. Know some of the neighbors and they seem like nice people. The apartments are showing their age. At least they have a very responsive maintenance crew and all those guys are nice except one guy who is not very nice.

Verified Renter I like living at the Everett. They're pet friendly so I can have Pest and Simon. There is a swimming pool which is nice too. Laundry facilities are just downstairs and usually have no trouble getting to use them. Wooded area right out back where we actually have deer. No loud music. Usually is pretty quiet. No problem with parking either
