Verified Renter Me gusta la tranquilidad del lugar pero algúnos inquilino no respetan horario, siempre haciendo bulla de horas en tarde en la noche. Otro problema es que fuman en los Apt. Y ese humo se filtra a otros Apt. Especialmente cuando fuman en los baños.

Verified Renter Rent has been consistently increased every year you renew, the grounds are well kept, the maintenance crew is incredibly friendly and helpful, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors keep to themselves which I love. Verified Renter I enjoy living at the Everett, great staff and maintenance is extremely fast showing up! Beautiful complex, I wish the stairs and breezeways were cleaner, but overall love it here!
Verified Renter Wish I had thought about whether it was a smoking/nonsmoking comples before moving in. Know some of the neighbors and they seem like nice people. The apartments are showing their age. At least they have a very responsive maintenance crew and all those guys are nice except one guy who is not very nice.
