Verified Renter The apartment staff is amazing. The maintenance staff is amazing. They get stuff done on a timely manner as long as they are fully staffed, but it is something out of their control when it comes to being fully staffed. Absolutely amazing

Verified Renter My experience has been good for the most part. They are taking cleanliness a lot more serious now which helps because neighbors can be trashy. Leasing office is still hit or miss when it comes to good service, but overall it is an okay place to live.

Verified Renter I am giving three stars only for communication. The apartment is clean and the environment is decent but the staff is not very customer friendly. The office is impossible to get in communication with and seems like they are putting way to much work on one person. The maintenance staff is wonderful! Kind and helpful I have no complaints. Verified Renter Me gusta la tranquilidad del lugar pero algúnos inquilino no respetan horario, siempre haciendo bulla de horas en tarde en la noche. Otro problema es que fuman en los Apt. Y ese humo se filtra a otros Apt. Especialmente cuando fuman en los baños.
