Feels like home! I have lived here for almost 3 years. There have been some issues but all have been taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are incredible! They are quick and efficient! This complex is close to 50 years old and things are going to break and possibly leak but these are resolved as soon as reported. The management and office staff have been amazing to my mother and I as we have struggled in this economy. We feel at home here and are very happy. We moved here from GA in 2021. It's great! Maintenance has gotten a lot faster! I'm excited for the pool to open and grateful for the dog park! Our time at the Everett has been pretty great!
Great place to Live I have lived here for 15 years and the updates are amazing. I love the dog wash station and the new lights outside the units and the new parking lot and also the side walks. The office staff is always helpful and prompt to address your needs.
Safe and Quiet Such a great living area especially for kids and the local grocery store n gas station is a walk away.
Amazing Community We have lived here for 5 months and we love it. The best part is my 2 oldest sons moved into their own TH in August so having them living in the same community with me is amazing.
Amazing Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Maintenance is quick and helpful! I just moved here from MD and I defiantly feel at home. My kids also love it!
