Verified Renter Maintenance issues are still a problem for me. People not picking up after their dogs is becoming a problem for me. I wish we had assigned parking spaces. When new residents move in and I can no longer park in the space I’ve parked in for the last year it’s extremely aggravating.

Verified Renter I love my apartment maintenance needs to stop leaving all lights on I'm requesting them to leave them off after they done at all times please tell everyone to turn off the lights other then that I'm very very happy keep up the good work

Verified Renter Although my friend and I just moved to the Everett, we already love the calm atmosphere and serenity of the neighborhood. Our next door neighbors were outside while we were unloading the moving truck, and they offered to help us and gave friendly advice and wisdom about the area and living in general. Overall, the Everett seems to have a peaceful community with beautiful scenery and friendly neighbors.

Verified Renter Been renting for about 6 years and it’s really wonderful. No place better than to call home. Very comfy cozy atmosphere. Staff in leasing office and maintenance are great and incredibly helpful. Very lucky to have this place to call home. If you’re looking for a place this is where id say to start first and only.

Verified Renter Overall the community has been good to me. I had to go through an unexpected transfer from a townhouse to an apartment and Jerrica and the property manager helped me get through all of it to where I was able to get my own place. It’s had its ups and downs but has been a pleasant experience for the most part!
