I really don't know where to start. Mum came into the home in November 2024 and really hasn't looked back. The staff (and I truly mean all of them) are absolutly amazing. Mum was under weight when she came in and now weighs a good healthy weight. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Mums room is always clean, clean clothes the whole home is spotless and smells so fresh. From the moment we visited the Grove looking for a home for our 97 year old Mum to the warm welcome when she arrived in the pouring rain, the staff have been wonderful in helping her through a huge change in her life and responding quickly to any minor concerns. 18 months ago she was living independently, even driving and delivering cakes & goodies to her neighbours who were considerably younger than her, when she suffered a stroke. I have excellent experience of The Grove. The staff are compassionate and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The facilities are clean, comfortable and well maintained, making it a safe and pleasant place to live. Residents receive personalised care tailored to their needs, which truely shows the dedication of the team. Overall, this care home provides outstanding support and feels like a community. Highly recommend!

I have visited this care home on a few occasions in the last few months. I must say I am very impressed. The staff are very kind and lovely to residents. In fact, I think residents are treated very well! I work in community care myself and I've been very pleased with what I've seen.

My mum had family over to visit from New Zealand, after brief discussions with the Customer Relations manager, she kindly organised a buffet lunch for us all to share a special visit with my mum. The food was delicious, the table was all set out in the coffee shop so we have our own little party! One staff member in particular did an amazing job attending to our every need. One staff member in particular organised a family tea at The Grove, which was excellent. Well supported on the day by another staff member and the customer relations manager. A great afternoon, which was great for my mam who loves at The Grove. Thank you!

We're so pleased with the care and support that The Grove has provided for mum. The staff are all friendly and very caring, nothing is too much trouble, such a lovely enviroment. We have peace of mind knowing that mum is safe and looked after.
