My Mum has very high regard for the staff taking care of her and always has praise for them. It has been a difficult transition for my mum as she joined the Grove during the lockdown, so still has not felt the full experience of the care home's facilities but hopefully, things will change and everyone can get back to some kind of normality. Our family are very grateful to The Grove for keeping our Mum safe - so thank you all for your hard work and patience, it must be such a difficult and testing time.

Very friendly caring staff and management. Good food, lots of activities. A very clean and attractive environment. Well kept grounds. Residents are treated more like family members. A very high standard of care.

My Mother needed some short term respite care after a couple of falls at home to build up her health again and for us to have time to put in place some support for her to live at home safely. My mother thought her room was lovely and the location was fabulous with views of gardens and a park. The staff were very caring, supportive and attentive to her needs. Knowing Mum is in a caring and safe environment gives us peace of mind. To mum, within a couple of months of living at The Grove (2018), she felt it was not just a 'care home' but her home. Even before the Covid pandemic, the staff and residents had become her adopted family and friends and that gave us great reassurance during this last year. We are so grateful to all the staff for all their hard work and extra duties during this last year, especially.

Mum has been a resident at The Grove in Waltham for over two years. She has recieved the utmost in care and respect from every member of staff there. It is a wonderful, happy, calming place to be. Mum is happy and content living there, and I am pleased to leave her in their extremely capable arms, where I know she is truly loved.

10 out of 10 for everything. Nothing is to much trouble for the entire team of staff. Even through these extreme times, we have full confidence and peace of mind in the care given to my mum. Telephone calls are catered for on a moments notice, and the hangouts video calls are a Godsend for Mum.

All the staff are very caring and make the residents feel that it is their home. When families could not visit over Christmas, they ensured all residents participated in the celebrations and enjoyed themselves. Putting photos on social media regularly is a real bonus when we can’t be together with our mum. We really appreciate their dedication.

Cannot fault service at this home, particularly over the last 12-months. Staff and management have kept residents safe, and relatives fully informed of the well being of residents. The group management has invested in safe practices.

My dad is well cared for at The Grove. He is happy where he is; the staff always do their best. My only concern is the change of staffing can sometimes get confusing. The place is clean and in a lovely area.
