Went yesterday when they opened. I did not recognize the cashier, but she was friendly with a good sense of humor. The person expediting orders was the woman regularly doing this job and she had a smile on her face and a good attitude as usual. The food was good as always.

That burger! You can taste the char. Fresh, cold, crisp lettuce. Real onions. Tasty tomatoes. A real burger! The onion rings are super crispy. Friendly staff. Clean. I visited the Legends Mall store on the southeast side near Sparks Blvd. It was easy to get into and out of the parking lot.

At first this place was great. Employees were nice and friendly. Now the food is a different story. Only one of the three meals we ordered was correct. Also in the 3 to 5 minutes it took us to get straight back to our room to eat the food everything including the fries were ice cold. I really cannot figure out how it got so cold so fast. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2 or 1 is the friendliness of staff. When we returned the food they didn't argue for a refund.

I just spent $70 with tip. Du, who took my order was great but the rest of the workers no one smiled and they took forever on our togo order. We just got to our room upstairs and they did not pack one napkin, the Cesar salad was soggy and loaded with twice as much dressing as should be and they forgot the dressing for the Cobb salad. Inexcusable! Of course the burgers and fries were excellent as always lol. I live by a habit in SoCal, this one needs work.

I must say, I am a bit surprised by some of the poor ratings. I have been here a total of 3 times now, which considering the inconvenient (for me) location, says a lot. Each time the service and food have been stellar. This is a typical fast/casual dining experience where you place your order, grab a seat, and then pick up your food at the county. Aside from having one of the BEST veggie burgers I've ever had, the service staff was consistently knowledgeable and friendly every time I visited. Planning on visiting again! The associate Jenalle was terribly patient and helpful.
Awesome burgers! The location is inside the Circus Circus, which makes it a pristine location for people walking by and exploring the casinos. Prices are super affordable and service is fast and friendly. I got the regular Charburger with fries and a drink. It was amazing! Toasted bun, fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection meat patty. The burger was great! Greasy, and full of flavor! The fries are kinda meh for me, i wont order them in the future (normal and sweet potato), i might give the onion rings or the fried green beans a chance.
cheese burger came with no cheese. the patty was quite small. service was good it came out fast. just disappointed about the cheese
