After interviewing a few agents, I chose the kombrink team because it was obvious they had done their homework. I see their signs all over town so they must be doing something right. Workin with Maegan was great, she was always there to keep me updated and brainstorm about helping me sell which we eventually did! I got to know a few of her team mates and the whole bunch of hem reall care about us clients. It will be a pleasure referring them to fiends and family.

I can't say enough about the Kombrinks! I found them online and quickly saw they have a strong presence which could definitely help me sell. They were very thorough in determining my homes value ( it hadn't gone down as much as I thought). Chris came out and took some beautiful photos and we were up and running. The sale came quicker than I thought and we got pretty close to asking price. I can't imagine a smoother sale. My batts off to the kombrink team. Thanks so much!

My friend referred me to the kombrink team and my agent Michelle. She was a blast to work with and really knew her stuff. She helped explain anything I didn't understand and we had fun (well me for sure) looking at homes. Once we negotiated on my house her staff took over and did an unbelievable job getting me ready for the big day. Closing went without a hitch and I know it was because I trusted my friends advice. I'll be happy to tell everybody I know how great these folks are!

Matt is a miracle worker! Not only was he able to bring me a buyer after the last agent couldn't, he went the extra mile to get my house closed. We had some inspection issues and the buyer was not the easiest to work with. Matt calmed me down and helped me through these problems like a pro! I would reccomend him every chance I get. It takes a different breed to get a deal done thee days and Matt has those abilities!

I chose Matt and his group because he's lived in Batavia for a long time and really knows the market. His analysis of my homes price was very thorough and professionally presented. The marketing to sell my home was also very well done and I was quite impressed. On e I received an offer Matt walked me through negotiating and his staff took me through the process so I had very little to worry about. I would recommend Matt in a heartbeat!

Just got done reading some of matt's reviews and one about first time buyers hit me. My wife and I were quite nervous about going from apartment life to home ownership. You have to grow up sometime though and I know it as a good investment. Matt really put my wife and I at ease and explained things in a way we cohjld understand.
