Matt came very highly recommended from a co-worker and I must say, I was not disappointed. The analysis he prepared was very thorough and the marketing strategy seemed aggressive. I was very pleased with the photography and write up they did of my home. Everything they did to get buyers in the house was quality. Frankly, it sold faster than I had anticipated and overall the process went very smooth. Hats off to my co-worker and I see why she gave such a glowing recommendation.
If you want a real go-getter, give Matt and his team a call. We did our research when it came time to downsize and found Matt when looking for a competent agent in Geneva. He was very easy to ge in touch with, very knowledgable about the area and even showed us the best Mexican restaurant in town! We could not have been more pleased.

They did a great job for us in all phases . A very smooth process. Niles help in negotiating the time and date of closing plus the inclusion of certain documents that were not part of the original agreement saved us thousands of dollars.
Miles was exceedingly patient with us. He listened to our special needs. He was always available, and had good communication. I would hire him again and would recommend him to a friend.

Matt & Team, got your Thank You card, I'm the one thanking you! This time of year it's good to look back and count our blessings. Thanks for making everything so smooth. I consider myself luck to have had Matt as my realtor. He showcased my home beautifully and got me more than I thought it was worth (don't twll the buyers!).
