I found Matt through Google and he was one of the people I interviewed. He was a true gentleman, very professional and seemed to have a genuine interst in helping my husband and I move. Matt is the man! Wish I would have hooked up with him on day one. He was my third Realtor. Hindsight is 20/20. My other agents did what I thought it would take to sell my house but Matt went above and beyond. The photos and marketing blew the other guys stuff away! Everywhere I looked online I found my house. Showings were slow at first, probably everybody saw it already, but before long we had N offer. I would highly recommend Matt and his team. He gets it done!

Matt helped me well my home in St Charles last year. I was given his name by a coworker who had used his team in the past. Matt seems like a bright young man who had definitely done his homework. He told me the changes I should make to get the most for my house and it helped. Even though I lost money on this investment, Matt helped me get more than I had anticipated. Michelle was an angel! She set up a web page for us where we could look at homes, not just stuff she wanted us to see but every home! And we would get emails every time something new came on the market for sale. Michelle was always easy to get in touch with and able to work with our schedule to show is homes. She helped us negotiate a fair purchase price and handled everything to get us to the closing table/. Honestly, I can't imagine things being any easier. I will mention her to anyone I know that's moving in the are!

I worked with Michelle Collingbourne at Remax and she was a true pro! As a lifelong resident of the fox valley she really knew the market. She explained the curren. Market and backed it up with hard data. She helped me connect with a stager to make sure my home was in tip top shape. The excellent marketing of my home almost had me wanting to stay :(. When it came time to look for an agent to sell my home I turned to the net. So much of real estate has gone online. I was lookin for someone with a huge online presence and that's how I found Matt. We consider ourselves lucky to have chosen Matt Kombrink as our agent. The market was no kind to our house but after his analysis we were pleasantly surprised to hear how much it was worth.
