I was thinking of going fsbo until my neighbor reccomended Matt. Its been a whiled since I've sold a home and figured I could handle it. After meeting with Matt my eyes were opened to today's marketing online and everything involved. The photos of my home blew me away and brought ton of showings and ultimately N offer. Incredible real estate professional. Understood the dymanics of the Batavia market, and provided credible market analysis. We had 10 showings right out of the gate and under contract in under a week. (In October, which is past the prime selling season.) Provided additional support up to and past closing, which was four weeks after contract. I would consider Matt for all of your real estate needs.
