What can I say about Kim other than the fact that she is just an awesome person work with and just in general! She was professional, informative, answered all our questions & always returned our calls/texts in a timely manner. Her husband Todd was a pleasure to work with as well. He took just amazing pictures of our home! Extremely talented photographer! We were so blessed that we had the opportunity to work with Kim & Todd. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish!

Great team work and professional knowledge throughout the process. Kim provided me with the materials I needed to make all my descions concerning the sake of my home. She walked me through the process with a very positive attitude and showed me that I mattered to her. She gave a personal touch to help me ease through he process of selling a home .

Jessica helped me find and buy a home. She was always very professional and very helpful though the entire process. Even with her busy schedule she always made time to talk to me or return my calls that same day and schedule times to meet with me that worked with my schedule. Sam was a huge resource to my wife and I as we relocated back to St. Louis. We were looking in the Columbia, IL. and Oakville, MO. area and his knowledge for both these areas was excellent! We were very picky with finding the perfect house, which never seemed to bother Sam at all. In addition, Sam is very fun and has a great sense of humor which made the entire process that much better. Carla is phenomenal, takes her time and actually shows interest with her clients. She was always available when we needed, and re-organized her schedule when needed and or wanted to see houses! Carla is top notch and I would highly recommend her for any home buying experience. I will user her again if we buy another house in the area!

Kim was very helpful and was available as needed. What I was not clear on was that she would hand me off to another person for the closing. The closing agent did not seem to have the necessary expertise and closing was more of a pain than it should have been.

Where do I being when explaining how much we LOVED working with Carla?! As first time home buyers, we had questions about EVERYTHING. Carla was so patient with us and is so knowledgeable about all things real estate. She was great at referring us to other awesome people when it came to looking for our lender and home inspectors.
