Kim and her entire team were amazing! I could not have asked for anything better. The drone footage and pictures of our home that Todd took were beyond fantastic and made an enormous difference in our listing compared to other real estate companies. Kim and her entire team were perfection from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Kim did a great job for us in the sale of my mother's condo. We needed to move my mother into a senior living facility which can be a stressful time for everyone. Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped my mother feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We had a contract within 1 day of being on the market! Todd did a great job on the photos of the condo. Kim was always prompt to return phone calls and answer questions. We highly recommend her!

We used Kim as a transaction realtor/broker to sell our home to the tenants that were currently renting it. Due to my military assignment I was unable to be around for the coordination at closing. We coordinated a power of attorney with Kim who handled EVERYTHING with zero issues. Kim is very friendly and responsive to all the inquiries I had. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is considering buying in the Scott AFB area! Great Job!

Kim is excellent at what she does. She's easy to work and easy to contact. Kim makes the process a lot less stressful, we had a ton of questions throughout the process. She didn't make us feel like we annoyed her. Her knowledge of the entire process and binders that were provided upfront were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market of buying a home.

My experience with Kim Ruhl was above and beyond what we expected! She was so informative when she came to our house and discussed a few things we might do to get our house ready to show. We signed with Kim after 4 1/2 months of being with another agent. We had 6 showings during that time and no offers. Kim had more showings in a week than we had during the whole time with the other agent. Kim and her team do an excellent job staying on top of your needs.
