As first time home buyers our experience could not have been better. Sam was there every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly. He was always on time for showings and would work around our schedule to get us in to view homes. He led us through the process of buying a new home and made sure we were as informed as possible. I would recommend Sam to anyone looking to buy a new home!
Kim goes above and beyond to give you ideas and the accurate information to sell your home as fast as possible. She always responds as quickly as she can to a call or text or email. Her research of the area and homes that are selling is extensive to help you price your home accurately. I think Kim is amazing to use her to buy or sell a home is using the best. She is also super sweet an addition to being so knowledgeable. I recommend her highly.

Every step of the home-buying process was incredibly easy with Sam. I honestly thought buying my first home was supposed to be one of the most frustrating and stressful processes of my life. But it just wasn't with Sam. He quickly answered all of my questions and assuaged my fears when I got nervous.
