Brad is an extremely likable person, but he is also very low key in his approach. He offered little in the areas of suggestions or observations on the homes we looked at, perhaps assuming that our knowledge of the area was adequate or that he didn't want to appear too pushy. We understand that some buyers prefer a less aggressive encounter, however, we found that we appreciate a realtor who will actually give us unsolicited advice--pros and cons of the property, the community/neighborhood, or just anything related to our int... read more
