Kim was very helpful and was available as needed. What I was not clear on was that she would hand me off to another person for the closing. The closing agent did not seem to have the necessary expertise and closing was more of a pain than it should have been.

Where do I being when explaining how much we LOVED working with Carla?! As first time home buyers, we had questions about EVERYTHING. I spent over 6 months searching for a house. In the process I went through three different realtors. Houses were being sold in my area and price range but I wasn't able to get to them quickly enough. Sam has helped us with both buying and selling a home. When we decided to buy our first home, over seven years ago, Sam was so patient. He walked us through the very overwhelming process and held our hand the entire time.
