Kim Ruhl cares about your experience! When I was confused or misinformed she took the time to work through it. The process of selling/buying invites emotions so her knowledge and availability are comforting. She truly tailors her services to each unique client. The drone footage and pictures of our home that Todd took were beyond fantastic and made an enormous difference in our listing compared to other real estate companies. Kim did a great job for us in the sale of my mother's condo. We needed to move my mother into a senior living facility which can be a stressful time for everyone. Kim was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped my mother feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We had a contract within 1 day of being on the market! Todd did a great job on the photos of the condo. Kim was always prompt to return phone calls and answer questions. We highly recommend her!
