Kim really cares and is available any time to get things done... Even when it is most inconvenient. I would highly recommend her to sell you house. She is honest and upfront and an exceptional realtor!

Brad is an extremely likable person, but he is also very low key in his approach. He offered little in the areas of suggestions or observations on the homes we looked at, perhaps assuming that our knowledge of the area was adequate or that he didn't want to appear too pushy. Carla was great to work with. She made the process of buying a house super easy and VERY low stress! She always responded to my questions very quickly and took the time to explain things in detail to make sure I fully understood everything about the process. Kim Ruhl cares about your experience! When I was confused or misinformed she took the time to work through it. The process of selling/buying invites emotions so her knowledge and availability are comforting. She truly tailors her services to each unique client.
