We had a wonderful shopping experience at The Mattress Factory. Len was our sales associate & was very helpful! He was knowledgeable about every mattress in the store. Dennis was very attentive to my mom and me without exerting any pressure. He listened to what mom was looking for and showed us to the area where we could find exactly that. He answered all of our questions kindly and anticipated my mom’s needs. He was helpful, kind and paid us just the right amount of attention. The young men who delivered the mattress and box spring were very efficient, friendly and kind. If you are looking for excellent service and product this is your place. Mom couldn’t be happier.
