We were so pleased that we stopped in the MATTRESS FACTORY to look for our new bed. We had Dennis as our salesman and he was so helpful and very knowledgeable about each and every bed. We were planning on stopping and price checking other store later but they had such Great prices and again the customer service was EXCELLENT. We made our minds up immediately that we needed to look no more. I love this store. Salesmen are always helpful and never rush you. I think we tried out more then 15 mattresses. Took our time.
