It was a pleasant and relaxed experience. The sales associate allowed me to try as many mattresses as I wanted without hovering next to me, which I really appreciate. They were very helpful about the mattress fitting on my bed. Very happy with the price.

We knew what we wanted, our salesperson took us immediately to the type of mattress we were seeking. He did not give us a major sales pitch but highlighted the options of each choice. We bought our mattress and we’re out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend, lots of choice, no bologna sales run around!

This is the second time we purchased a mattress at Mattress Factory. It was a wonderful experience. Prior we went to another mattress store and felt pressured, it was not pleasant. As soon as we walked into the Mattress Factory we felt welcomed and not pressured. We were looking for a value mattress and did not feel pressured. II had a wonderful shopping experience at The Mattress Factory! They had plenty of inventory on the floor and in stock. The prices are very reasonable. My sales associate was Len. He was very Knowledgeable about every mattress in the store. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, and Len did not try to up sale me. He was working in the store with Dennis, they both were very friendly. If you are in the market for a mattress, I highly recommend The Mattress Factory!!!
