It was a pleasant and relaxed experience. The sales associate allowed me to try as many mattresses as I wanted without hovering next to me, which I really appreciate. They were very helpful about the mattress fitting on my bed. Very happy with the price.

We knew what we wanted, our salesperson took us immediately to the type of mattress we were seeking. He did not give us a major sales pitch but highlighted the options of each choice. We bought our mattress and we’re out of the store in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend, lots of choice, no bologna sales run around!

This is the second time we purchased a mattress at Mattress Factory. It was a wonderful experience. Prior we went to another mattress store and felt pressured, it was not pleasant. I had a great experience at this place. From the time I walked in until my sale was final. Very friendly and family oriented place. Price was even better! My sales associate was awesome and very knowledgeable.
