We went looking for a new mattress today and as a family with 12 year old and 6 month old infant in a new home we needed a reasonable price also. My family and I were helped by Ron and Dennis. We had a great experience. Ron helped us on sales floor and got us a great deal on mattress. We had another wonderful experience at Mattress Factory. Len, our salesman, could not have been nicer. He was very helpful and directed us towards the right mattress for us. He discounted our price and gave us a free mattress pad. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

Lenn (our sales rep) was absolutely patient and attentive to our needs and concerns. Also, the pricing was extremely reasonable in this cost inflated times. Delivery drivers were early, extremely courteous and installed the new mattress and removed the old in record time!
