Lenn (our sales rep) was absolutely patient and attentive to our needs and concerns. Also, the pricing was extremely reasonable in this cost inflated times. Delivery drivers were early, extremely courteous and installed the new mattress and removed the old in record time!

We were so pleased that we stopped in the MATTRESS FACTORY to look for our new bed. We had Dennis as our salesman and he was so helpful and very knowledgeable about each and every bed. We were planning on stopping and price checking other store later but they had such Great prices and again the customer service was EXCELLENT.
