The first thing I look for in a sales situation is if the “salesperson” introduces themselves. At Matttress Factory it happened immediately, Len and Andrew were so professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. No hard sell what so ever! We bought two mattresses. Solid, honest great people. I’ll highly recommend Mattress Factory to family and friends. Great delivery guys too!!

Walking into a big mattress store is a little overwhelming - so many choices! But when I visited the Springfield, PA store yesterday, Ron, my salesman, made it such an enjoyable experience! Andre at the Springfield location was great! My husband walked in not knowing what we were looking for and 15 min later we had purchased our bed and are having it delivered 3 days after purchase!
