My husband and I bought our mattress at Mattress Factory 7 years ago. So when we wanted to update our guest room mattress we came directly back to Mattress Factory (Springfield, PA) because we really loved how we were treated and what good service we received 7 years ago. Len helped us both times! He was friendly, knowledgeable and steered us to several models that would fit our criteria. The entire shopping and buying experience was a pleasure!

This is the third mattress that we have purchased here, and as with the trips before, our salesperson Wesley was well informed about the products and let us know up front how long before we would expect delivery. We highly recommend The Mattress Factory!

I did fairly extensive research on mattresses and came to the conclusion that the best option was to actually lay on the one I purchase. The mattress factory had a pretty extensive selection. While the employees will offer their assistance no one was pushy. I spent close to 3hrs total in the store on two separate trips. I'm sure the guys got a kick out of it but again, no one was pushy. It was great. Salesman asked a few questions told me about different mattresses. I narrowed it down to two and chose the most comfortable. It was really very pleasant. The salesman was great.
