My wife and I needed a new king sized mattress. Len Schiavo is very personable. This was our second time purchasing from the Mattress Factory and wanted to talk to Len before visiting a different store. Needless to say there was no need to go elsewhere. 🌟 5 Stars.

My wife and I purchased a mattress from the Springfield, PA location and the experience was great. Len was awesome! They are not salesmen and make sure you know that right off the bat and it was an immediate relief. Len is such a personable guy and helped us tremendously. Wonderful experience, we went to the Springfield store, Len was kind , patient and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention he was totally honest! He showed up several options and my wife and I found a mattress we loved… we’ll definitely shop here again… I highly recommend this place!!

My husband and I bought our mattress at Mattress Factory 7 years ago. So when we wanted to update our guest room mattress we came directly back to Mattress Factory (Springfield, PA) because we really loved how we were treated and what good service we received 7 years ago. Len helped us both times! He was friendly, knowledgeable and steered us to several models that would fit our criteria. The entire shopping and buying experience was a pleasure!
