First, let me say that I don’t know anyone who enjoys mattress shopping. It is more of a necessity then a fun Thursday night activity. After cautiously checking store reviews in my car in front of the store, we walked in, 2 steps ahead of another couple. We were greeted with a friendly hello from Len. I walked at the store in Springfield, PA. I was greeted by the Manager. He was very friendly, a great customer service. He helped me understand the mattress I tried, feet, box spring, etc . He was very patient and with a great attitude. His sells approaches was smooth, not overwhelming made me feel comfortable, He made a good deal and. I got my mattress in less than 48hours. I was long overdue for a new mattress which has been causing me tremendous back pain. I have put it off so long because I just had a new baby and am taking some time off from work. Store manager Len made my shopping experience so easy. He worked within my budget and I found one that was not only cheaper but even better quality than my last mattress purchase.
