Len did a great job!! We told him what we were looking for he showed us a few and then left us alone to discuss. No high pressure sales. I like that. We got what we wanted at a reasonable price. Delivery was quick, courteous, clean and friendly.

Sales manager Wesley Nicholls of the Springfield, Pa store on Baltimore Pike provided excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. The mattress I was looking for was in stock and I was able to take it home in my SUV.

Wanted a cheaper mattress as it would be used for a guest room. No pressure sales whatsoever. They let me do my own shopping. Answered any questions I had without issue. I was in and out within 10 mins. A great family run store.
