I had the pleasure of working with Len at the Springfield showroom on a rainy Friday afternoon to purchase my new mattress. This was my second experience at the Mattress Factory. There is a reason that I returned. Nobody is standing two feet from the front door ready to jump on top of you for a sale. You can't beat the customer service at The Mattress Factory in Springfield! As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by Len - an expert and personable salesman who quickly zeroed in on what I was looking for. He was super helpful when answering all my questions but never pushy, which I appreciated. He just seems to really enjoy his work. I found my perfect mattress from their wide selection... so basically I will be sending all my friends and family here as long as they're open.
