You can't beat the customer service at The Mattress Factory in Springfield! As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by Len - an expert and personable salesman who quickly zeroed in on what I was looking for. He was super helpful when answering all my questions but never pushy, which I appreciated. He just seems to really enjoy his work. I found my perfect mattress from their wide selection... so basically I will be sending all my friends and family here as long as they're open.
Len was a great mam to deal with I would recommend him to anyone never had such a good time shopping.

First, let me say that I don’t know anyone who enjoys mattress shopping. It is more of a necessity then a fun Thursday night activity. After cautiously checking store reviews in my car in front of the store, we walked in, 2 steps ahead of another couple. We were greeted with a friendly hello from Len.
