We create delightful surprises and meaningful moments within a safe and caring community.
The restaurant and food services are and were poor. Long wait time. Overall long wait time, and quality of food was poor and often overcooked, cold or lukewarm warm. The experience and quality of the food and beverage service did not meet the expectations of what the establishment marketed nor was it a reflection of the value for the price. True healthy options were not available. The servers were nice and pleasant but they always took a long time. It seems they are not trained in restaurant customer service. The Preserve at Palm Aire is 180° different than the Independence hall facility. I was living at in Wilton manors. The staff are all very pleasant. The residence greet you with Smiles and tell you that you're going to enjoy your living here. Where Independence Hall had no activities after 5 PM or on weekends unless run by residence and a few activities they had were poorly designed and few participated. That is not the case here at the Preserve. There's always seems to be something to do. The food so far is excellent. In fac... read more
Everyone was nice and friendly. We were given several choices of apartments. The meals were delicious. We had Easter dinner there. They have a full schedule of activities.
The former facility my loved one lived closed and were in a situation for had a short notice before a move was needed. The Preserve at Palm Aire went to and beyond my expectations of making an easy transition into the new apartment.
Staff is courteous, helpful when needed. Food, small portions...takes a little too long to be served. Plenty of activities to join in .. Older community but good maintenance. Residents friendly. Median age - 83
Clean, reliable, physical plant not as fancy as other places like meridian or allegro, but we have been satisfied with level of care and relative cost. Rom size is good, bathroom is a bit small if one has extra equipment needed for mobility, but can be managed.
We cannot rate the care services as well as the activities because our loved one is in independent living and does not participate in any activities. What I like the most is the accessibility and attentiveness of the staff. Also, the common areas are nicely decorated and well maintained. Yes, we would wholeheartedly recommend The Preserve at Palm-Aire to other families.
The care staff is very attentive but I've had a few minor issues with the billing department which were ultimately all straightened out. She recently moved from a one bedroom apartment to a studio apartment there and both living spaces have been good.
My father is very happy there. He has made several friends and he loves not cooking and says the meals are great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend The Preserve at Palm-Aire to other families.
