The care staff is very attentive but I've had a few minor issues with the billing department which were ultimately all straightened out. She recently moved from a one bedroom apartment to a studio apartment there and both living spaces have been good.

My father is very happy there. He has made several friends and he loves not cooking and says the meals are great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend The Preserve at Palm-Aire to other families.

Facility very clean. Staff very positive/ not too many bad apples thankfully. Very disorganized sales team and process. Generally the place has a nice vibe

Everything is working out great for Mom at the preserve, her apartment is perfect for her..meals are great..facility outstanding..activity levels and very outstanding staff who are happy to assist, even as Mom is in independent living. Mom feels she struck GOLD at the Preserve!

Everything was near perfect. My mother had an issue with understanding the staff. My mother was hard of hearing. Most staffers were happy but spoke fast and with an accent. She complained she could not understand most of her helper and it really frustrated her. We are upstate New Yorkers and haven't had much experience interacting with other nationalities
The staff is very caring, I feel he has received excellent care, they are always cleaning, and for the care and amenities I feel the price is a fair price. I have several friends with family in this facility.

Place was fantastic! Did not choose wanted a place closer to me. Would recommend you all do actual site visits to the two Pacifica locations as the exterior of those two locations were disgusting with mold and mildew. Gutters and downpouts were missing, several screens and railings on balconies were missing. These exterior items are what prompted me to cancel both tours.
This is my opinion, but I would have to give all the overall ratings a 4 and if there was a category for management I would have to give them a 3. Their is very little direct interfacing with the residents that than in meetings
My loved one is currently a resident at The Preserve at Palm-Aire and the overall experience has been good so far. The cleanliness and the staff are great. The friendliness, care services and activities are good. The meals are okay. As for recommending The Preserve at Palm-Aire to others, I'm still on the fence.
