We went on the Music in the Redwoods trip and listened to a bluegrass band called Second Grass at the outdoor venue deep in the redwoods along Pudding Creek. It was a fabulous evening filled great music and a lot of happy people. The train to the venue is scenic and a bit nostalgic and the return trip in the dark was very cool with the moon pecking through the trees and the lights of the train lighting up the forest. Take a jacket. I highly recommend this trip.

Fun and beautiful scenic ride from the Willits station! We spent most of our time in the open-air car where we could see more of the view. All of the people working with the train are so courteous and helpful. It was a good experience and I’m glad we went.

Took my two daughters and puppy on the Pudding Creek trip and had a wonderful time. Perfect length for a 10 and 12yo. The grove where we stopped had fun games to play or we could have taken a short hike in the redwoods. The staff were courteous and helpful. We all had a lot of fun!

Beautiful ride thru the redwoods. I road it many years ago before the tunnel collapsed and it was much longer. Hope you repair the tunnel soon.

My family from London, the Bay Area and Sacramento came for a visit last weekend and we absolutely LOVED the railbikes!!! Being immersed in the redwoods was simply the best experience ever. And we took our puppy and my niece’s dog in the crate car they have. The pavilion at the end of the line is fantastic! Perfect for all occasions from weddings to anniversaries to birthdays. Don’t miss this opportunity!
