We loved riding the rail bikes. And our guide was terrific. We went on a hike through the woods and he was so knowledgeable about the history of the area - it was very good.

Friendly in the office, love the train ride, especially the rhythm of the train on the tracks. A favorite thing to do !

All aboard this old metal workhorse and get ready for a fun filled ride through the redwoods! The commentary was great. The air was crisp and there was lots of great company to enjoy the experience with.

My wife and I did the rail bikes on the Noyo. 12+ miles each way with included lunch at Noyo Camp. The electric assist was very helpful since the rail cars are heavy. The redwoods were beautiful and we got a sunny day! This was the destination of our trip from Southern California so yes it was pricey. We included hiking and lighthouses to average out the cost of the trip.

Super fun, short trip. Beautiful redwood trees. This is our second trip on the skunk train (my husband and I). This time we took my son and he enjoyed himself. Will definitely ride again when we visit Fort Bragg in the future!

Fun ride on recumbent tandem e-bikes through deciduous woodlands and redwoods. The guide was knowledgeable and fun (thanks Johnny) and it was so cool to be biking on the “rail” side of railroad crossings. A little effort was required to ride the bikes (but not too much) and the round trip is about 7 miles.
